Welcome to Any3D. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at any3d.cc (the "Service"), which provides free online tools for 3D model conversion, optimization, compression, and viewing.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service

• Convert between 3D model file formats (e.g., GLB, GLTF, OBJ, FBX, STL, STEP, etc.)
• Optimize and compress 3D models (vertex reduction, texture compression, Draco encoding)
• Preview and inspect 3D models in your browser
• Use the output files for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying technologies
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself (not the output files)
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
• Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or infrastructure

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Not impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service if you violate these conduct guidelines.

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and process through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your original 3D models, converted files, or any other content you provide.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, interface, logos, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5.3 Open Source Components

The Service incorporates open-source software components under their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms alters the rights granted by those open-source licenses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of conversion results
• Compatibility with all 3D modeling software or file formats

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Conversion results will preserve 100% fidelity of the original model (some quality loss may occur depending on format constraints)
• The Service will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
• The Service will be available at all times

Conversion quality depends heavily on the source file's characteristics. Complex models, non-standard formats, or corrupted files may produce suboptimal results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• ANY3D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free)
• We are not liable for any loss of data, files, or projects resulting from the use of the Service
• We are not liable for any damages caused by limitations or known issues in the WASM-based processing engines we utilize

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Any3D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you upload, process, or distribute through the Service

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since the Service does not require account creation for core features, there is no formal termination process needed.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Business or operational reasons

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the following provisions survive: Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 8 (Indemnification).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service
