- ZIP does not change the internal file format. It only packages and compresses.
- For multi-file 3D assets (models + textures), it is recommended to pack them into a ZIP before transfer.
- Supported Features
- Lossless compression, compatible with all major systems
- Supports multiple files and directory structures
- Batch tool outputs are automatically packed into ZIP
ZIP is the most universal archive format, packing files into a single .zip supported everywhere. It is the default for distributing multi-file 3D assets like FBX with textures, split glTF, or batch results.
ZIP only packages and compresses, leaving files unchanged. 3D tools use it for model packages, texture packs, and batch outputs. You must unzip before using; in browsers, most formats require unpacking first.
In Any3D, use the file packer to organize models and textures, the texture extractor for texture packs, or batch tools to get ZIP results.
