FBX is a common 3D format in game and film production. This tool opens FBX models directly in your browser, fully showing geometry, materials, and textures, and smoothly playing skeletal animations. Perfect for previewing game assets, character rigs, or animation files without launching heavy professional software, so you can iterate faster.

Number of animation clips stored in the file.
Number of skeleton bones used for rigging and skinning.
Drag your FBX file onto the page, or click to select a file. If you have associated textures, package them into a ZIP and upload together.
Drag with the mouse to rotate the model, scroll to zoom, and inspect the appearance, colors, and animations from any angle.
Your files are processed only in your browser. No data remains after you close the page.
Just open the FBX file in the viewer. It automatically detects and plays the animation clips inside the model, and you can pause or switch animations from the control panel, all without installing any software.
Make sure the FBX file contains the complete skeleton and animation data. Lowering the model's complexity before opening can also help the animation display more smoothly.
Yes. The viewer supports color, glossiness, and texture maps for common materials. Put the model and its associated image files in the same folder, open the FBX, and the textures load automatically.
The viewer supports FBX 6.1 (FileVersion 6100, released in 2008) and newer, in both ASCII and binary formats. Game assets exported around 2010 are typically 6.1 and load normally. Files older than 6.1 use a different structure and show a version error, so re-export them with current 3D software.
FBX is the best choice when you need skeletal animation and broad game engine support. GLB is better for web delivery, and OBJ suits geometry-only exchange. Preview the FBX here to check animations and materials before committing to a target format.
Yes. Use this site's FBX to GLB converter or export from 3D software; most skeletal animations carry over to GLB, which loads more efficiently in browsers. Preview the converted file here to confirm the animation plays correctly.
