IGES (Initial Graphics Exchange Specification) is a foundational neutral CAD exchange format used throughout aerospace and automotive manufacturing. Many legacy engineering archives store 3D models in .iges or .igs files. This tool parses CAD geometry directly in your browser using local WebAssembly, allowing you to inspect trimmed B-Rep surfaces and standalone wireframe curves with smooth orbit, zoom, and pan controls.
Both are neutral CAD formats that most CAD programs can read. IGES is older, so many archives still use it.
